Event Coordinator

Location: 1425 SE Bridge Rd, Hobe Sound, FL 33455

Terms: Full-Time

Salary/Rate: $20-25/hour

Schedule: In-person, possibility for hybrid

About the Role:

Hobe Sound Farms is seeking an organized, customer-focused Event Coordinator to support private events, venue tours, field trips, and special events throughout the year.

This role serves as a key point of contact for event inquiries, client communication, venue tours, lead management, and event-day support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional guest experiences are the priority.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to event inquiries and assist prospective clients.
  • Conduct venue tours and support the booking process.
  • Coordinate event logistics and timelines.
  • Assist with proposals, invoicing, and event administration.
  • Support private events, field trips, and special events.
  • Represent Hobe Sound Farms at events and community outreach opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate closely with the Events Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer service, hospitality, sales, or event experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with guests, clients, and vendors.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Work Environment:

This is not a traditional office position. The role is based on an active working farm and event venue and includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in Florida weather conditions and spending time throughout the property supporting guests and events.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time Hourly Position
  • 35–40 hours per week
  • Primarily in-person, with potential for hybrid work after training and demonstrated performance
