VENDOR FAQS
Every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 2pm eastern standard time.
We are currently open year-round, every Saturday and Sunday. We do close for some holidays or in the event of extreme weather.
Using the application form below. We will review your form and ask for some additional documentation before we proceed.
Send us an email and we’ll be in touch!Â
If we review your form and invite you to attend, we will need the following:
- Valid photo id
- Typically a Driver’s License or Passport
- Initialed agreement
- Copy of your liability insurance policy
- With the Hobe Sound Farmer’s Market listed as additional insured
Stalls are $50 per day. All stalls located in the three main barns (labeled A, B, and C) are covered. We also have Tent spaces (for overflow) and Food Truck spaces.
Yes, insurance is needed for all vendors. Most small businesses or entrepreneurs hold a commercial general liability policy for their business.
If you do not have a policy, you will have to acquire one to attend. There are a number of companies that provide extremely affordable insurance for farmers market vendors.
If you have any additional questions, please reach out to a member of our market staff.
You can attend any day you would like! Once accepted, you will be invited to our Vendor Portal, where we handle bookings.
Each barn has numbered stalls. You will be able to review the availability of each date in the Vendor Portal and book any open stall you see.
Our market currently has three “seasons”:
- Spring – January through May
- Summer – June through August (the hot months!)
- Fall – September through December
We open booking for each season all at once, and stalls are first-come first-serve! We send out email communications to let everyone know when each season opens.
Barn C is our food barn, which we try to restrict for food only. If you are not a food vendor, you will be moved out of the C Barn.
Yes, you can! We have a program called the “reserved” program, which we offer to vendors who are looking to establish roots at our market. If you are looking to join our market’s reserved program, please speak to a member of the market team.
Vendors that have an outside stall (a stall on the side of the barn closest to the road) will be allowed one parking space per stall. Unfortunately, our pathways are too narrow for everyone to have a spot. This could become a problem if there was a fire or other emergency and first responder vehicles cannot reach their destination.
Before 9am, however, you are welcome to bring a vehicle or two behind your stall to unload your goods, but they must be moved back out to the general parking lot for the market no later than 9am.
